Youth Fellowship: The YF meets in the manse in Tain tonight at 7:30 pm
Property Upkeep Fund: There is an opportunity to contribute to the Property Upkeep Fund at the close of both services today.
Monday: The Free Lunch will run in Hilton from 12 noon—2 pm. Come along with a friend!
Tuesday: Craft Group meet in the Hall at Tain from 2 to 4.30 pm. All welcome.
Wednesday: Elaine Duncan of the Scottish Bible Society will be speaking in the Seaboard Hall at 7:30 pm. Elaine will report on a recent trip to South Korea and she will recount the influence of Rev. John Ross of Balintore who translated the New Testament into Korean whilst he was a missionary in China. There will be no meeting here to allow as many as possible to attend the hall.
Thursday: Kirk Session will meet in Tain manse at 7 pm.

Communion Weekend: There will be a preparatory service on Saturday night at 7pm. This will be followed by fellowship in the hall. The Lord’s Supper will be celebrated at the 10am morning service. Following the evening service at 6pm – there will be fellowship in the hall and Mr Maclean will share some of his testimony. If anyone connected with the congregation wishes to profess their faith and take communion for the first time, they should speak to the minister or one of the elders before then.
Indoor Sale: Thanks to everyone who donated items and supported the fundraising sale in Tain on Saturday.
Rosskeen Ladies Meeting: The guest speaker on Monday 14th November will be Angeline MacLeod, who is a nurse at Raigmore Hospital and used to attend Tain Free Church when she lived locally. Her talk is entitled “A Time to Speak”, and will include her testimony. This is at 7:30 pm in Rosskeen church hall.
Fundraising Calendar: The church calendar which includes scenic views from around the highlands is available now. There are copies in the hall. The price is £5. Put your payment in an envelope in the collection plate with your name and “Calendars” written on it. Cheques should be made payable to Tain and Fearn F.C. New Church Fund.
Jewellery Collection: The New Church Fundraising Committee are organising a collection of unwanted jewellery, gold, silver or platinum as well as disused silver cutlery, watches or clocks. Broken or damaged items can be contributed also. There will be a box at the door and another near the hall door to receive items. It is best to put smaller items inside an envelope.
Mobile Phone Collection: Old mobile phones are also being collected as they can be sold to raise funds. You can leave these in the box at the door. Please erase any data and remove the sim card. Do not include phone chargers.
