            Sunday School and Crèche – The children  go through to the Hall after the second singing.            

           Crèche duty todayIrene Kennedy and June Grant.

            Crèche Next Sunday: Clara Robertson and Rae Ross.                                                                           

            Evening Prayer Group:  This meets at 5.35 pm in the Hall.

            Youth Fellowship:  The YF meets in the manse in Tain tonight at 7:30 pm

            November Door Duty: Bill Ferrier.

             Property Upkeep Fund: There will be an opportunity to contribute to the Property Upkeep Fund at the close of both services today.

Tuesday 

                         Craft Group meet in the Hall from 2 to 4.30 pm.  All welcome.

                        Road to Recovery meets in hall at 7.30pm

                    Tain elders will meet in the manse at 7pm                                                                

Wednesday   

                      Tain lunch Club meet from 12 noon till 2.00pm. Team 2 on duty.

                      Prayer Meeting & Bible Study will be at 7.30 pm in the hall. All donations in the plate at the midweek meeting will be put towards the New Church Fund from now on.

Thursday

                     Casan Beaga. The Parent and Toddler group  meet this week.

                     Kirk Session will meet in the manse at 7pm.

Saturday    

                     Communion Preparatory Service in Hilton at 7pm with Rev. John MacLean.This will be followed by fellowship in the hall. See note below.

Fearn Communion Weekend:      The Lord’s Supper will be celebrated at the 10am morning service. Following the evening service at 6pm – there will be fellowship in the hall and Mr Maclean will share some of his testimony.  

Fundraising Calendar:  The church calendar which includes scenic views from around the highlands is available now.   There are copies in the hall.   The price is £5.  Put your payment in an envelope in the collection plate with your name and “Calendars” written on it.  Cheques should be made payable to Tain and Fearn F.C. New Church Fund.

Jewellery Collection:  The New Church Fundraising Committee is organising a collection of unwanted jewellery, gold, silver or platinum, as well as disused silver cutlery and any watches or clocks. Broken or damaged items can be contributed also.  There will be a box at the door and another near the hall door to receive items.  It is best to put smaller items inside an envelope. 

Mobile Phone Collection:  Old mobile phones are also being collected as they can be sold to raise funds.   There is a box at both doors for any old mobiles you may have lying about.  Please erase any data and removes the sim card.   Do not include phone chargers.

Indoor SaleThanks to all those who donated items and supported the fundraising sale in Tain on Saturday.   Thanks also to those who set up for the sale and helped clear up afterwards.

Rosskeen Ladies Meeting:    The guest speaker on Monday 14th November will be Angeline MacLeod, who is a nurse at Raigmore Hospital and used to attend Tain Free Church when she lived locally.   Her talk is entitled “A Time to Speak”, and will include her testimony.   This is at 7:30 pm in Rosskeen church hall.
