        Evening Prayer Group: This meets at 5.35 pm in the Hall.  

        Missionary Prayer Notes: The Prayer Notes for February are available at the door.

        Camps Brochure: The Free Church Camps Brochure for 2017 is now out and is available through in the hall.  

Tuesday  

                        Road to Recovery  Road to Recovery will meet in hall at 7.30pm                         

Wednesday   

                        Tain lunch Club . Tain Lunch Club meets this week  from 12pm-2pm. Team 1 is on duty.

                        Prayer Meeting & Bible Study   Joint meeting for prayer and Bible Study in our hall at 7:30 pm. The topic is the Bible’s description of the Christian as A Sheep in God’s Flock.           

Thursday

                        Casan Beaga. The Parent and Toddler Group meets in hall at 10.00am.

                         (Snacks Duty – Janette Crowther and Elaine Currie)   

                       The Kirk-Session will meet in the Manse at 7 pm.  This will be followed by a meeting of the Deacons Court.            

Friday

                      Friday Prayer Group at David and Ann Wilkie’s home  10 Duthac Wynd at 11am.

New Church Fund: There will be an opportunity to contribute to the New Church Fund at the close of both services next Sunday.

New Church Fundraising:  There are copies of the Fundraising Committee newsletter along with the information about the auction available at the door, if you missed it last week. Alternatively you can find it on the church website under New Building Project.  

2018 Calendars: The 2017 Calendars have sold out and once all of them have been paid, this will have raised almost £700 for the New Church Fund.  Planning for the 2018 Calendar has already begun and it is hoped to have some the Calendar printed in time to sell it at summer events such as the Tain Gala and Seaboard Gala.   With that in mind any new photos that you take this year should be sent to Rona Grigg by 15th May with the date photo was taken.  Please email Rona on catrionagrigg@btinternet.com  

Prayer Group  David and Ann Wilkie have begun a prayer group in their home each Friday morning at 11am.  The address is 10 Duthac Wynd, Tain.  There will be prayer and fellowship and the group is open to anyone who wishes to attend.  No-one will be asked to pray aloud unless you are comfortable doing that.   Speak to David or Anne if you wish more details.

Christian Outreach Group:   There will be a meeting of the Christian Outreach Group tomorrow – Monday 30th January at 9.30 am in the Youth Cafe.  The meeting will begin planning for this year’s Easter Event.

Mission Support Group:  The Inverness and North, Free Church Mission Support Group will host its annual lunch on Saturday, 11 February at 12.30 pm in Knockbain Free Church, North Kessock. This will be raising funds for the Building Project at Lima Evangelical Seminary, a growing Christian University in Peru. The speaker at the lunch will be Rev Iver Martin, Principal of Edinburgh Theological College.
