Evening Prayer Group: Meets at 5.35 pm in the Hall.
Youth Fellowship: The YF meets tonight at 7:30 pm in the Tain Manse.

Road to Recovery: Road to Recovery will meet in hall at 7.30pm
House Bible Study: The Bible study will be at James and Murdina Skinner’s, 28 St. Vincent Road at 7:30 pm. (See note below)
Tain Lunch Club: Meets from 12pm-2pm. Team 2 is on duty.
Prayer Meeting and Bible Study Prayer Meeting and Bible Study will be in hall at 7:30 pm.
Casan Beaga.(Parent and Toddlers) Parent and Toddlers meets in the Hall at 10 am. (Snacks Duty – June Grant and Irene Kennedy)
Kirk Session Kirk Session will meet in the manse in Tain at 7 pm.
Prayer Group:All are welcome for prayer and fellowship in the home of David and Anne Wilkie, 10 Duthac Wynd, at 11am
Communion Preparatory Service in Hilton at 7 pm, taken by Rev. Angus MacRae, Dingwall. This will be followed by a fellowship in the hall at which Rev. Andrew MacLeod will share his testimony.

Induction Service: Thanks to all those who helped out in any way with the induction, particularly the organisation and smooth running of the reception. It is very much appreciated. Thanks also to all those who helped to make the manse a very welcoming home for Andrew’s arrival.
Youth Cafe AGM: The Tain & District Youth Cafe AGM will be held on Monday 6th November 2017. The meeting will be in the Youth Cafe starting at 7.30 pm and there will be refreshments afterwards.
Luther 500: There will be a public lecture celebrating 500 years since the start of the Reformation in Dingwall Free Church on Monday 6th November at 7:30 pm. The speaker is Rev. Dr. Nick Needham of HTC.
WFM: All ladies are warmly invited to come along to the Women for Mission meeting this Tuesday, 7th November in Tain Free Church hall. The speaker will be Drew Anderson from Invergordon Seafarer’s Centre, who will speak about his outreach work to the crews of the liners that visit the port. Tea and coffee will be served and there will also be a sales table.
New Church Plans: Thanks to all who made suggestions or gave feedback with regard to the plans for the new church. The Project Team met with the architect on Monday and he will now develop the plans to planning permission stage.
House Bible Study: The next Bible study will be on Tuesday 7th Nov at 7:30pm and will be at James and Murdina Skinner’s, 28 St. Vincent Road. The passage for study is Philippians 2 v.1-18 Each study is self contained and the aim is to generate informal discussion.
Fearn Communion: The communion weekend in Fearn will be on 11th and 12th November. The guest preacher is Rev. Angus MacRae of Dingwall and he will share some testimony after the Sunday night service.
Rosskeen Ladies Meeting: The speaker at the next meeting on Monday 13th November at 7:30 pm is Carina MacIver of Invergordon, who is a youth worker at Dowanvale Free Church in Glasgow.
New Church Fundraising Events
Calendars: 2018 Calendars are now available and can be purchased anytime. They cost £5.00 Thanks to all those who contributed photos and please continue to take photos which may be used in future years.
Easy Fundraising: We now have an easyfundraising account. If you shop online, the church can gain a donation for every purchase you make from numerous retailers, at no cost to you. You can sign up at the following site easyfundraising.org.uk then follow the simple instructions to join. This service is free every time for both yourself and the church.
Gift Aid Forms: If you donate money to the church and you are a tax-payer – the congregation can gain additional income at no cost to you. Therefore we would urge you to fill in this Gift Aid Form unless you have already done so. Last year we received almost £20,000 back from the government in Gift Aid.
